We began serving Charlottesville with French and Virginia-inspired cooking at our restaurant, l’etoile, in 1993. Our catering business grew out of that experience, and out of our desire to take part in the celebrations, the rituals and the ceremonies of people throughout the Central Virginia community. Catering allows us to reach, care for and serve a larger audience, and to customize consistently excellent culinary experiences for our clients. We have a history of procuring the finest, freshest ingredients for the meals we create and serve, and access to those ingredients through relationships we’ve cultivated for more than 20 years.
